QAIassist - Third Party Support

Important Information Regarding Third-party IT Support Providers

If you are considering using, or have already been using third-party IT service providers that are not trained by QAIassist® for the Integrated Methodology® and Headstart® implementation and support, you are open to the risk of misinterpretation of the product and how it can best benefit you.

Your QAIassist agreement does not include support of un-trained third party support personnel. Nor does it include over-the-phone training for un-trained third-party support personnel. Relying on support personnel without QAIassist product knowledge typically results in:

    * Misinterpretation of how the products ( Integrated Methodology® and Headstart® )  are applied
    * Lack of leveraging the products to its fullest potential
    * Misalignment of the products with the business goals
    * Inadequate support

 

Prepare your third-party personnel

Prior to entering a third-party support agreement, it is your responsibility to ensure that your third-party support personnel have gone through a formal Integrated Methodology® or Headstart® training program. If you have already entered into a third-party service agreement, it is your responsibility to ascertain the QAIassist Integrated Methodology® and/or Headstart® training status of the third-party support personnel. If QAIassist Integrated Methodology® and/or Headstart® training has not been obtained, you must compel them to acquire the training. Failure to do so will result in less than adequate support service, and possibly loss of some or all of your SLA agreement protection.

In order to minimize these risks, QAIassist offers on-site or secure remote assistance to help you with your QAIassist Integrated Methodology® and Headstart® related support needs, including:

    * On-Site training for Integrated Methodology® and Headstart® users and third-party service providers
    * IT operational support
